Google announced that a redesigned Fitbit app is coming your way to simplify the user experience. Recently, the company shared a new look of the app, which provides limited access to its features as it is currently working on the beta and is set to arrive soon. Google is taking feedback from users ahead of Fitbit’s public launch. The new Fitbit app is now more simplified and focused. Fitbit offers you three tabs, Today, Coach and You.

The Today Section:

The Today section offers the necessary information at a glance; this section includes your current steps count, stress management, better sleep, zone minutes, and even improve your heart health. Compared to the previous version, the redesigned Fitbit app’s status indicators are bigger with a redefined colour pallet.

The Coach Tab:

The Coach section offers you several lists of workouts and mindfulness sessions. You can customize the section as per your requirement. The Coach section includes collections, better sleep, building strength, improved eating habits, reducing stress, active workout sessions, several instructors who will guide you to reach your goal to attain health and fitness, 10 mins box breathing exercise, and more. Users who have the Fitbit premium can access various dance cardio and High-Intensity Interval Training video sessions.

The You Tab:

The You tab has all your personal information. The You section offers you to connect to the Fitbit community, health assessments, your goals and badges, track and share your achievements and more.
