Realme UI has officially landed in India recently to replace the current ColorOS system on Realme phones. Realme UI was announced by Realme at the launch of the smartphone Realme X2. Now Realme has announced that it will be officially launched in India while listing the full Realme UI features in some press releases.

Realme UI is optimized based on Android 10 to provide users with stronger user experience, but also closer to the appearance and interface layout of the native Android system. Realme UI will be launched in compatible Realme phones in India this month, with Realme 3 Pro and Realme XT taking the lead. At the same time, the Realme smartphone system released in India later comes with Realme UI instead of Color OS.

Realme UI Customized Design

With Realme UI, the users will witness a complete redesign in terms of icons, system colors, and animations. The usage of naturally high-brightness and high-saturation colors will be noticed in the new UI. In terms of customization, the users will finally be able to resize the icon size and the foreground with the new UI. The shapes and sizes of the icons are inspired by common household items.

In addition to firstly, the Realme UI will reach 13 smartphones- Realme 3 Pro, Realme XT, Realme X, Realme 5 Pro, Realme X2, Realme X2 Pro, Realme 3, Realme 3i, Realme 5, Realme 5s, Realme 5i, Realme 2 Pro and the Realme C2. Sadly, the Realme 1, Realme 2 and Realme U1 smartphones will not get the Realme UI update.

So all the 13 smartphones will be updated to Android 10, and according to Realme’s update policy, this will be the final major Android update to these phones. For the unaware, phones like Realme 1, Realme 2 and Realme U1 arrived with Android Oreo on board, so they have been updated with ColorOS-based Android 9 Pie. This could be the reason why Realme will not be rolling out Android 10-based Realme UI to those phones.
