Native Screen Recording:

Finally, Android 11 brings a native screen recording feature. With this feature enabled, this new quick settings toggle immediately starts Android 11’s screen recorder. In Android 11, it seems Google is finally ready to release this native screen recorder. All ColorOS 7 has this native screen recording feature already. But now stock android brings now with Android 11.

NEW SCREENSHOT POP-UP

Google has also tweaked the pop-up that appears when you capture a screenshot and it is now much smaller and similar to what is seen on iOS devices. Instead of a large pop-up at the top of the screen, the Android 11 shows a smaller version of the screenshot that you took at the bottom-left of the screen. It is accompanied by options to dismiss the notification, share the screenshot, and to edit it.

ColorOS 7 also brings Three-finger screenshot method and you can also crop at the time and share quickly.

Nearby Sharing feature:

The Nearby Sharing feature is a good option to share media links and files with other devices. This will be available on any device running Google Play Services. The user interfaces have a Nearby button that allows you to quickly share photos, documents, and links with people or devices close to the user.

This feature already has on ColorOS 7 The P2P (Peer to Peer) technology for data transfer between Realme, Vivo, Xiaomi, OnePlus, and Oppo phones do not require internet connectivity and relies on Bluetooth for fast pairing to transfer files at considerably higher speeds. We have seen a similar ecosystem in Apple devices by the name “AirDrop”. Such a system has been proved to be a great help if it comes as a default feature in the operating system.

ColorOS 7 software has many features and enhancement that don’t exist in Google’s Android OS. Realme adds new features to its smartphone users regularly, the recently launched in ColorOS 7 (based on Android 10 OS) is a decent example.
