Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI 11 update for Redmi 7A users, the latest update brings September 2020 security patch update for Increasing system security.
The software version of this update is MIUI 11 Stable ROM V11.0.4.0.QCMMIXM (Global) and V11.0.3.0.QCMRUXM (Russia) for Redmi 7A. You should be able to progressively receive the update over-the-air (OTA) on your phones via the Updater app, otherwise, you can download the ROM packages in this thread below.
