Xiaomi Mi 9 has received MIUI 12 stable update more than a week ago and it’s ready to receive another software update. Because the company is releasing MIUI 12 EUVF Global Stable ROM V12.0.1.0.QFAEUVF for Xiaomi Mi 9.
So, it’s time for your system to get updated. If you are using recent Global Stable ROM then you will get the OTA update.
If you’re using Custom Stable ROM or China Developer ROM, then perform clean upgrade via Fastboot update. And don’t forget to backup your data before flashing.

- If you are using the latest & official MIUI Global Stable ROM, you will (& should be) get OTA to update notifications on your phone.
