OnePlus Nord gets OxygenOS 10.5.9 with October 2020 security update and new features in Game Space

OnePlus has started pushing new OxygenOS 10.5.9 for OnePlus Nord for Europe, India, and Global users. It brings the latest Android security patch as well as new features for Nord users.

The new update of OnePlus Nord brings the Android October 2020 Security patch on OxygenOS 10.5.9 as well as added gaming tools box for convenient switches of Fnatic mode. You can now choose three ways of notifications: text-only heads up and block just for your immersive gaming experience.

While playing a game you can quick replay on WhatsApp because the new update also adds a quick reply feature in a small window for Whatsapp and INS.

The update also adds mis-touch prevention features. In addition, it improves Bluetooth connection stability and network stability

This OTA will have a staged rollout. The OTA will be received by a limited number of users today and will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs. Using VPN to download this build might not work as the rollout Is not based on regions and is randomly pushed out to a limited number of devices.
