Welcome Back: Here’s Actually What’s Coming Back 

  • Science Vs 

Last month in September, Science Vs released a new season, offering fans brand new episodes which take on fads, trends, and the opinionated mob just to find out what’s fact and what’s not, as what’s somewhere in between. This upcoming season will enhance the audience experience with an extra layer of puzzling and enticing topics and expose the latest trends on social media to inform listeners of what science has to say. The new season includes tips to top, such as breathing and breathwork, UFOs personality tests, and many more. 

  • Call Her Daddy 

The other addition is Season 4 of Spotify’s exclusive podcast “Call Her Daddy”, which premiered in mid-September. In the first episode, host Alex Cooper travels to New Jersey to hang out with “it girl” Alix Earle, where she introduces listeners to Alix’s life in a manner they have not before even seen or heard. 

  • Case 63 

The third edition is Case 63’s season 2, especially for those fans who are interested in a mind-bending time travel paradox, scripted audio series. Basically, this will directly take the fans back to 2012, 10 years before the events of the first season, in a riveting second chapter to the saga. Julianne Moore and Oscar Isaac replay their roles, and new voices for the season include Zoe Winters and Arian Moayad. This time, 10 new episodes are available to stream. 

  • Dissect 

Welcome back, Dissect, for your 11th season. This time, host Cole Cuchna has picked a new album to analyse song by song. Apart from this, he’s chosen Radiohead’s critically express approval of the 2007 album In Rainbows. In the season premiere, Cole offers a sweeping history of the band, from its origins in Oxford, England, to its historic run of landmark albums such as The Bends, OK Computer, and Kid A. 

  • Heavyweight 

Heavyweight is back for Season 8, one of the loveable podcasts, which follows Jonathan Goldstein as he examines the past like a therapist along with a time machine. This season features uncommon love stories. On behalf of this, the company said, “we owe the people we love and the extremes we’ll go to in love’s name.” 

The grand premier is on October 5. the first episode introduces us to Lenny, who was Jonathan’s childhood best friend, but they move slowly apart as they grow into adulthood. Now, Lenny is counting his last breaths and needs a friend. So, in this scenario, Jonathan makes the call.

Spotify is all set to debut its latest weekly podcast, Hits the Spot, on October 5. Host Les Palmieri talks news, stories, insights, and trends of top artists, creators, and tastemakers in a manner which only Spotify can. 

  • Breaking Down With Ali Kolbert 

Another new addition to comedy podcasts. Yes! The brand is releasing the new comedy video podcast “Breaking Down with Ali Kolbert.” Spring Up the stand-up comedian Ali brings her frank, lively style and unapologetic perspective to conversations with celebrities, experts, and other comedians regarding everything from pop culture to relationships to mental health. The dedicatory season we kicked off with Jonathan Van Ness. 

  • The Riddler: Secrets In The Dark 

Spotify earlier this year announced the expansion of their DC universe along with a new show named “The Riddler: Secrets in the Dark.” Comedian and actor Hasan Minhaj reprises his role as the Riddler, a character previously featured in the 2022 global hit Batman Unburied. The show returns to Gotham City and follows Batman, voiced by Colman Domingo, as he begrudgingly teams up with The Riddler to track down a masked vigilante on the loose in Gotham City. At the same time, the duo must fix the mystery before they, too, become victims. 

Noticeably, all of these eight-episode shows, created in partnership with Warner Bros and DC, will premiere on October 10.
