Xiaomi is providing the latest security patch update for Redmi Note 7 users in several markets, now the Russian users have started receiving the January 2021 security patch update via OTA. The new software bears firmware version MIUI V12.0.2.0.QFGRUXM for the Redmi Note 7 in Russia.

Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI 12 update that includes January 2021 security patch for Redmi Note 7 users. This is a minor update MIUI 12 based on Android 10, and the firmware package size is 282MB.
Unfortunately, the new update doesn’t bring any new software features or bug fixes to the phones apart from increased system security. The new software bears firmware version MIUI V12.0.3.0.QFGEUXM for the Redmi Note 7 in Europe.
