[Updated] OnePlus Nord now receiving stable Android 11-based OxygenOS 11.1.1.1 update

After the bug reports from many users OnePlus pause that update. Now OnePlus Nord starts receiving OxygenOS 11.1.1.1 based on the Android 11 update. The update comes with the firmware version OxygenOS 11.1.1.1.AC01DA in India, OxygenOS 11.1.1.1.AC01BA in Europe, and OxygenOS 11.1.1.1.AC01AA for global variants.

According to the changelog, the update comes with several fixes that include one-handed operation, improved layout, customization, and more. The main features namely are a new improved Dark Mode, Always-On-Display, OnePlus Scout, Work-Life Balance Mode, Pro Gaming Mode, and more.​

Breaking news OnePlus starts rolling out the stable Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 update for OnePlus Nord users. Last month the company started beta testing of OxygenOS 11 update for OnePlus Nord. Now, the device is receiving stable updates. The update comes with a package of around 3GB.

The update brings Always-on Display, a simplified settings page, new system font with better readability, more customization options, new Zen Mode themes, and a lot more.

As always, OxygenOS 11 OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today, and we’ll begin a broader rollout in a few days. Head to Settings -> System -> System updates and tap the Download button to install the OxygenOS 11 update.

How to Download & Install OxygenOS 11 for OnePlus Nord

  1. Download the official Rom from above
  2. Once the file is downloaded, go to the File Manager.
  3. Long press the file to select it.
  4. Hit the action overflow menu (three vertical dots).
  5. Select Cut.
  6. Hit Internal storage.
  7. Hit the Paste button to paste the file in the root directory of your phone. Now that the file is in the requisite directory, you can go ahead with the local upgrade.
  8. Navigate to Settings.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  10. Select System.
  11. Hit System updates.
  12. Hit Install Now to manually install OxygenOS 11 stable on your OnePlus phone.
  13. Once the installation is finished, navigate to the About phone page to verify the build number.
