Sadly, the device is not compatible with Android 10 but it will definitely get MIUI 12.5 version. But today, Xiaomi is rolling out a new software update for Mi Mix 5G devices in Europe. The new update comes with February 2021 security patch.
The software version of this update is MIUI 12 Stable ROM V12.0.4.0.PEMEUXM for Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G in Europe.
You should be able to progressively receive the update over-the-air (OTA) on your phones via the Updater app, otherwise, you can download the ROM packages in this thread below.
