Realme 6 Pro is running Android 10 based Realme UI 1.0. Realme has already announced Realme UI 2.0 Open Beta for this smartphone. If you want to try the latest skin based on Android 11 so you can apply form go into settings, then software updates and now tap on the gear icon after that open beta.
Before the official release, Realme had rolled out a new software update with the firmware version number RMX2061_11_A.49 for the Realme 6 Pro. The new build bumps up the Android security patch level on the Realme 6 Pro in April 2021. Additionally, the firmware optimizes the control center switch logic and fixes the issue that the phone ring tone is restored to the default ring tone. It also optimizes system performance and improves system stability.
The new update requires a download of around 500MB and should reach all the units in a week or two. We expect Realme to add the full update package to the software support page on its official site soon, allowing Realme 6 Pro users to install the update manually on their devices without waiting for the OTA to arrive on the units.
