The Realme 5 can’t be considered old just yet. It’s only two years old so it has received the last major Android OS and software updates. The Realme 5 is just one of the numerous devices Realme is updating with the April and May 2021 Android security patch. All three Realme 5 variants can be updated: the Realme 5, Realme 5s, and the Realme 5i.
Realme is bringing firmware version RMX1911EX_11_C.69, RMX1925EX_11_C.69, RMX2030EX_11_C.69 specifically to Realme 5, Realme 5s, and Realme 5i phone owners in Asia. The April & May 2021 security patch level fixes some known bugs and issues. The update also includes optimization system performance and stability.

The first country to receive it is India as per our report. Other markets should receive the same in the coming days or weeks. Check Settings on your Realme 5 phone to see if the software update is available to download and install.
