Realme Narzo 30 Pro getting May 2021 security update with fixes

The Realme Narzo 30 Pro is the first in the family to support 5G networks and the first to have a 120Hz display. Realme focuses on gaming with Pro model, camera quality, and fast connectivity, while the A-phone is for the budget conscious and bets on a large 6,000 mAh battery instead.

Now Realme has started sending new firmware for the Narzo 30 Pro 5G smartphone. The new update brings May 2021 security patch update and fixes some known issues and improves system stability.

The changelog is nonexistent but we can take an educated guess and assume that both firmware updates that got released so far are meant to iron out any kinks left behind during the Realme UI 2.0 scheduled Q2 2021.

The new firmware version is RMX2111PU_11_A.37, it’s around 400MB and carries May 2021 security patches along with it. Also fixes some known issues as well as enhancements to the system for increased user experience. It’s still not available for everyone but it seems that the initial rollout is fairly wide as users across most of India have already downloaded it.
