Realme is continuously providing the latest update for improving better performance and security. The company started rolling out the June 2021 security patch this week, and the Realme X7 5G was the first device to receive it.
Realme is now pushing the Android June 2021 security patch to its last year’s Realme 6 Pro mid-range phone. The security patch is available via a new firmware update that carries a firmware version number RMX2061_11_A.51. The update is currently rolling out to Realme 6 Pro users in India on Android 10.
However, the company has already rolled the stable Realme UI 2.0 based on the Android 11 update for the device in India. But this June update rolls out for Android 10 users.
Besides the security patch, the firmware update brings no new features and improvements, but that’s not a surprise as most of the firmware updates come with security updates and bug fixes.
