How to insert templates in your Gmail
- Open Gmail.
- Then click on More
- Then you see Templates.
- Now to insert a template, under Insert template,
- choose a saved template to insert in your email.
- Compose the rest of your message and click on Send.
How to automatically send an email with templates in Gmail
- Open Gmail.
- Then in the search box.
- Click on the Down arrow.
- Enter your search criteria.
- Now at the bottom of the search window, click on Create filter.
- Choose what you’d like the filter to do.
- Finally, click Create filter.
