The old MIUI Health application only has 2 main menus. One of them is Dashboard and the other is Workouts. The latest MIUI Health Beta app has 4 menus. Dashboard, Workouts, Devices, and My Account.

In the Workouts section, an easier and plainer interface was preferred compared to the old application. we are able to select the activity we would like to do and begin the timer.
