Today, a few hours back, the developers of PUBG New State have officially declared the release date and maintenance schedule for the January update. According to the official report on the website of PUBG New State, the January update is going to release on 13 January 2022 at 11:30 AM IST.

Before the official release, the game will be undergoing server maintenance. Here is the official maintenance schedule for the January update:

Maintenance Schedule: 13 January, 01:00 – 06:00 (UTC+0) (6:30 AM to 11:30 AM IST)

Players should keep in mind that they will not be able to access the game once the maintenance begins. It should also be noted that the maintenance schedule may change depending on emergent issues. Any change in the future will be notified later on the official website.

After the update releases, here is how players can download the update from Google Play Store and other App Stores. Users just have to simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Players have to head to Google Play Store and search PUBG: NEW STATE. Then they have to tap the ‘Update’ button to download the update.

Step 2: If they encounter issues while updating the game, they can go to Settings>Application>Google Play Store>Storage and then they need to delete the cache.

If any issues persist even after downloading the update, users can force quit the app or restart the device and try downloading the update again.
