Samsung Galaxy A42 4G gets the latest Android 12 One UI 4.0 update

Back in the days, Samsung was one of those companies that used to lag behind about their mobile updates. But now, after the release of One UI, Samsung promised three years of major updates and five years of security patches and as promised, they are availing them timely.

Starting from the last December, Samsung gradually released the latest One UI 4.0 update for Galaxy models like S20 FE LTE, S20 LTE, S20 FE 5G, A52s 5G, A52 anf A72. Now they are availing it to a other devices as well. As mentioned before, this latest Android 12 based One UI 4.0 software update is now available for Samsung galaxy A42.

Though, initially it is now available in Poland, but it is going to be available all across the European region. For users outside Europe, it is just a matter of time before it arrives. If you are one of the lucky ones and you belong from these regions you may now avail your latest Android 12 One UI 4.0 software update.

The Samsung Galaxy A42 gets the latest Android 12 One UI 4.0 which comes with the firmware version A426BXXU3CUL9.

The security patch level would be of December 2021. Once users install the latest Android 12 One UI 4.0, they will be able to fix a handful of previous bugs and vulnerabilities.
