Android 13 Pixel Launcher Layout

Among the news unearthed in these hours, we see one dedicated to the Pixel Launcher, the Google stock launcher. The video you find at the end of this article shows how the Pixel Launcher on Android 13 supports two different graphical interface layouts: these can be enabled by changing the display dpi from the Developer Options. You notice how, by setting dpi compatible with a larger display, the launcher automatically sets a layout with smaller and denser icons.

The video shows how the two different layouts are actually registered by the launcher, as can be seen from the removal of an icon from the home screen which is successful in both cases.

The novelty is a clear sign of a specific opening of Android towards leaflets, both towards those of other manufacturers and, perhaps, for the future of Google’s leaflet.
