Ocean Sharma suggests Krafton launch BGMI Lite ‘asap’: Fans waiting for the release date

In a recent development, Ocean Sharma, a professional caster and BGMI player tweeted for his fellow netizens to launch BGMI Lite ‘asap’. In his tweet, the caster asked Krafton to launch BGMI Lite as soon as they can as this will be the right time to launch the game after the Free Fire ban.

Free Fire, one of the most popular mobile battle royale games in India was banned on 14 February as the government restricted other 53 apps along with it in regards to data privacy concerns.

While PUBG Mobile Lite fans are waiting for BGMI Lite to launch, Free Fire players are now the newest additions to the waiting list as they have lost their go-to game too and only BGMI Lite can fill up the void of the best alternative.

“This is a decently good time for BGMI Lite to arrive”, says Ocean Sharma on Twitter regarding the release date of BGMI Lite

Ocean Sharma is one of the most popular BGMI influencers as well as professional casters who is renowned for his most accurate assumptions regarding PUBG Mobile and its iterations. He predicts and shares accurate information with his fans before every significant announcement of Krafton.

On 14 February, Free Fire was banned in India by the government and Ocean took to Twitter to express his feelings regarding the release date of BGMI Lite in the nation. He wrote:

“BGMI Lite should release asap… I believe this is a decently good time for the game to arrive”

Because it will take a while until Free Fire is unbanned, many gamers will most likely switch to BGMI. The Lite edition, on the other hand, is necessary for the market to appeal to the big player base that used to play Free Fire on their low-end smartphones. This makes the following days ideal for Krafton to release the game.

It remains to be seen how Krafton handles the high demand for BGMI Lite in the nation.
