But the sad news is coming that OnePlus users are facing a problem with their device which is related to Gallery App. The community staff member of OnePlus has told us that several users from our Community reported freezing issues while sharing pictures in Gallery and the reason for this problem is the Message App.

And he also said the team immediately started troubleshooting and working on a resolution. It should be fixed in about one week. If your OnePlus device is facing this problem, then you can fix it with the method given below…
- Go to Google Play Store search “Messages” (And if you cannot find it, please refer to step 4)
- Click ‘Uninstall’ to uninstall all updates and return this system app to an older version.
- Ensure auto-update is disabled, by pressing the three-dot menu button on the top right corner.
Note: When the app has the issue fixed, you can re-enable auto-update.
If step 1 doesn’t work for you, you can instead - Go to Google Play Store, click your account -> Manage apps & device -> Manage
- Find the Messages app in the list and follow steps 2. and 3.
