[UPDATED ON 04/03/22] Samsung rolled out the February 2022 security update for Galaxy S21 FE for the Exynos version in India. The update comes with a firmware version G990EXXS1BVB8. Samsung is planning to release it in more markets pretty soon.

[ORIGINAL POST] Great news for the Samsung Galaxy S21 users in the United States! Samsung has started to roll out the February 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy S21 series in the United States now. The update a reached only a few Galaxy models in a handful of regions till now.

Samsung has rolled out latest February 2022 security patch update through the carrier network T-Mobile and the unlocked models as well. The models that got the latest security patch updates are Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21 Plus. You can easily identify the security patch updates through the firmware versions for T-Mobile, the firmware versions are G991USQS5BVA6 for Galaxy S21, G996USQS5BVA6 for Galaxy S21 plus and G998USQS5BVA6 for the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

One the other hand the unlocked models have a set of different firmware version. They are G9911U1UES5BVA6 for Galaxy S21, G9961U1UES5BVA6 for Galaxy S21 plus and G9981U1UES5BVA6 for the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Though it is only available for the United States, we hope it will soon be available in the other countries and regions.
