Samsung revealed the 50 bugs that March 2022 security patch will be fixing

Samsung has just started to roll out the latest March 2022 security patch update for their flagship model of the year – S22 series. The entire series that contains a total of three models are getting it all over the Globe. Though Samsung released this update few days ago, they did not officially confirmed all the bugs and vulnerabilities this security patch update will fix.

But now, we finally have an official statement from Samsung. According to their official website, this March security patch will fix 50 vulnerabilities. Among them, two are critical bugs, twenty nine of them are highly severe bugs and nineteen of the bugs are moderate in severity. None of them were included in the previous update.

Along with the Google patches, Samsung also provided 17 vulnerabilities. Some of the bugs this security patch fixes are – Change the list of locked app without authentication in AppLock,  Improper access control vulnerability in ApkInstaller,  Improper access control vulnerability in StRetailModeReceiver, Improper access control vulnerability in ApkInstaller,  PendingIntent hijacking vulnerability in Wearable Manager Installer, Improper authentication in Samsung Lock and mask apps setting, Improper authentication in One UI Home etc.
