OnePlus kicked off the Android 12-based ColorOS 12 Open Beta program in China for its oldest flagship OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro phones earlier this month. In January rolled out the open beta 1 of ColorOS 12 for the OnePlus 8 series, introducing a handful of important system fixes and optimizations. It doesn’t bring a new security patch with this beta version.

March 10th, 2021 – Open Beta 3
Today, OnePlus has started pushing the Android 12-based ColorOS 12 Open Beta 3 for OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, and OnePlus 8T. The update carries build number C.12 for OnePlus 8 series while the OnePlus 8Tgets on C.16 and it fixes the system and connection issue. You can see the full changelog below…

OnePlus is rolling out ColorOS 12 Open Beta 2 update for the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro in China with OTA C.11. It fixes the system, application, camera, and several issues.

The ColorOS 12 Open Beta 2 update for the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro is currently being rolled out via OTA to users who are already on the previous build. Where as the, users on the stable channel can also install this update by downloading the appropriate file from the OnePlus Community.
