Realme UI 3.0 One-Handed Mode Feature, How to use it?

Realme has released the Realme UI 3.0 skin update for several smartphones in beta or stable form. The update comes with Google’s latest Android 12 OS. In line with the latest Android 12, the one-handed mode in Realme UI has undergone a major redesign – but has the same goal of allowing you to reach the top of the user interface more easily when holding your smartphone with only one hand.

Let’s see how to enable and disable this One hand mode feature in settings, and what it actually does

  • Open Settings on your device
  • Go into System settings
  • Tap on Conveniece tools
  • Click on One-handed mode

By enabling this feature, you will be able to swipe down on any app to bring down the entire interface. This will allow you to easily reach the icons and menus located at the top of the interface with your thumb – so you can continue to hold your phone with just one hand and still get things done.

Realme UI 3.0 is based on Android 12, and the one-handed mode has been redesigned in how it works and looks compliant with Google’s new guidelines.

When swiping down, the interface descends evenly, cutting off the bottom of the app instead of shrinking the size to one side as is usually done in Android 11. Once you’re done and want to return to full screen, just click anywhere at the top of the screen that appears. empty and the entire interface will slide back.
