WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the Google Play Beta Program, releasing the version up to 2.22.9.12. The beta version is said to work on a new chat tab for communities, for a future update.

There is a new tab for communities that will replace the camera tab! When the user opens a new tab, Community Home may appear, showing all communities in which you are a member. Group administrators may add their groups to communities, which are private end-to-end locations containing particular groups.
This new feature will help to categorize WhatsApp way better where users (Group Administrators) can organize their groups according to their preferences in the community tab.
The Camera tab in WhatsApp Menu’s top-left corner of the screen is anyways a neglected feature, hence, WhatsApp’s move to take it down and use it for something beneficial might be well appreciated by its users.
