The update is holding up its version number, v2.23.25.20, so the users can easily identify the update easily. However, for now, the update is in the developing stage and is only available to some of the beta testers. But soon, the company will roll out this update widely.
This new update offers users the ability to share their status updates on Facebook and Instagram directly from the app. WhatsApp is also gearing up to enhance the sharing feature to make it compatible with Instagram, and it’s planned to be released in the future.
This feature will help users save time and also enhance the reliability and consistency of sharing content across WhatsApp and Instagram. Noticeably, this feature will be totally optional, which allows the users to decide whether they want to enable it or not.
Also, this feature will permit the users to engage with their audience on both platforms more seamlessly.
As mentioned above, this feature is in the beta stage, and interested beta testers can easily get it through the Google Play Beta Program.
