OPPO launches Virtual Assistant Pre and post sell service feature for Find X5 Series

OPPO introduced new virtual assistant for pre and post sell service, but no pay wants to expand its support service, just with an initiative dedicated to the Find X5 series.

The new feature called Virtual Assistant, will allow you to have exclusive dedicated video support, useful both before purchase, and in everyday life. The service will allow anyone who wants to make the most of the potential of the new Find X5 Series to book a video call with an expert, who will respond to potential problems through screen sharing, following which they will suggest the most effective solutions immediately.

The new Virtual Assistant is part of the offer of cost-free integrative services designed for the Find X5 Series. OPPO in fact offers home collection and delivery of the devices to be repaired at no additional cost, as well as allowing the activation of OPPO Care which protects the smartphone for 24 months and provides for the free replacement of the screen in case of accidental damage.

The service covers all Find X5 series models, offering one year of protection for Find X5 Pro and Find X5 and three months for Find X5 Lite.
