OnePlus Nord 5G gets new official Stable Android 12 with OxygenOS 12.1 [F.12]

Updated – OnePlus officially released a new stable version of Android 12 for its original Nord 5G in India. The update can identify by build number AC2001_11_F.12​.

Original Story – F.11 Update

Important news is coming for the Nord 5G, one of OnePlus’s first mid-range smartphones. Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 in an official capacity has just been released. The update currently available in India on build AC2001_11.F.11​.

OnePlus Nord 5G comes several new features with OxygenOS 12 and Android 12: in addition to optimizations for the user interface and graphics, we find new customization options for Dark Mode, new information provided by Shelf, new gesture for managing images with the Gallery app and other minor news. This build first rolled out to OBT users, and is now rolling out out to stable branch users. The build for EU users requires additional validation steps, but it will be released as soon as possible.

Known issues

  1. The display of some pages in Settings will be different from the system.
  2. The screen will glitch in specific scenarios when calling.
  3. Camera may crash when shooting photos in Portrait mode.
  4. The abnormal display of thumbnail when taking burst pictures.
  5. The abnormal display of Quick device connect when in the Guest mode.
