Samsung Bixby Update: Now you can “Accept Call” without needing to say “Hi, Bixby” first

Voice assistants are undoubtedly one of the most important battles being fought between the giants of the IT sector, and a name such as Samsung certainly cannot be left behind: 

Samsung’s default voice assistant Bixby is available in several galaxies smartphones. The company has recently released a new version of Bixby, the Korean company’s app dedicated to many aspects of the software to voice assistants.

Samsung has updated the entire Bixby version 3.2.14.0 with real news that we are currently struggling to find. Now an incoming call or an alarm ringing, you can accept the call or stop the alarm without waking-up Bixby. In case of an incoming call, just say “accept call” without needing to say “Hi, Bixby” first. Additionally, functional improvements and bug fixes have been applied.

This feature is currently supported in English (US) and Korean and available on the Galaxy S22, Z Flip 3 and the Z Fold 3. Support for additional models will be added soon.

How to enable – Bixby settings > Turn on ‘Talk to Bixby withtout wake-up’, Bixby automatically listens to you while there’s an incoming call or an alarm ringing.
