Samsung Galaxy A12 and M02s getting June 2022 security update

The Android June 2022 security patch is rolling out to one more Samsung smartphone. Two of them are receiving the latest security update today — the Galaxy A12 and the Galaxy M02s.

Samsung is pushing the June 2022 security patch to the Galaxy A12 and Galaxy M02s; it likely doesn’t bring anything else, apart from the security fixes for this month. The new firmware version for the phones is A125MUBS3BVF1 and M025FXXS3BVF1, respectively. These devices are picking up the latest security update in Galaxy A12 in Brazil and Galaxy M02 in India.

When the update is available on your device, it will be notified through a notification. You will be able to download and install it via OTA (i.e., directly from the device). The most impatient can still manually check its availability, go to the Settings menu, scroll to the section dedicated to software updates, and start the check.
