Samsung Galaxy A31s and A53 5G receiving June 2022 security patch

According to the cyber security reports, many data breaches and cyber trafficking cases have increased in many countries. To avoid these issues, Samsung does its best to protect its users’ devices’ security. For that, Samsung has now introduced the latest June 2022 security patch for the Galaxy M31s and Galaxy A53 5G user’s in the European countries.

The update was released specially for the privacy and security purpose of the devices, which comes with a firmware version:- M317XXS3DVF3 and A536BXXU2AVF2, Respectively. Apart from the security-related issues, it will also increase the complete stability of both devices by fixing many bugs and errors. It will also improve overall system performance to make the devices give their best for their customers.

Samsung won’t update these Galaxy devices to Android 13 and One UI 5.0 [Reason]

Galaxy M31s and Galaxy A53 5G will be the same from the updates, but there is one difference. Galaxy A53 5G will also get the new feature except for the security patch, which will improve the camera quality. Samsung found some difficulties using the Galaxy A53 5G camera, so they decided to fix it with its current update.

Here is the new eligible models & schedule who gets update of One UI 4 with Android 12

Samsung launched the Galaxy M31s smartphone in august 2020 with Android 10, upgradable to Android 12, One UI 4.1, and Galaxy A53 5G in March 2022 with Android 12, One UI 4.1.

So, if you want to make your device more secure, navigate setting > software update then choose  download and install.
