Android 13 Beta 3 available for OnePlus 10 Pro – Check what’s new and download link

OnePlus has already released the Android 13 beta for OnePlus 10 Pro users; The company released the first beta update in May, followed by the second beta in June with several bug fixes.

The Chinese tech giant has started pushing the Android 13 Beta 3 update with some stability improvements for the OnePlus 10 Pro users in North America, India, and Europe.

If we talk about the changelog, it is quite small. It only mentions stability improvements, but OnePlus’ official blog shows eight known issues that one may face after installing the update.

Known issues

  1. User Interface display sometimes might be abnormal.
  2. Music playing cannot be paused normally via wired headphones.
  3. Occasional abnormal response for gesture operation when the screen was off.
  4. No response when tapping the video call button.
  5. Auto brightness sometimes works abnormally.
  6. Crash issue when setting the Fingerprint animation in Personalizations.
  7. Lagging issue caused by switching the refresh rate of the screen.
  8. Some applications might be lost after upgrading.

Keep in Mind, the Android 13 Beta for carrier version devices (T-Moblile/Verizon) aren’t compatible with the Developer Preview builds.

You can download the region-specific update packages for the latest Android 13 beta build from the links provided below. Make sure you take a full backup of your data before flashing the build.

Installation Process:

  1. Download the latest ROM upgrade zip package from the specified server.
  2. Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage.
  3. Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.
  4. Go back Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade -> System upgrade completed to 100%.
  5. After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
  6. Update successful.
