Realme GT 2 Master Edition receiving its first software update

One after the other, Realme releases security updates for its mid-range smartphones. Recently, the developers have released a new software update for the newly launched Realme GT 2 GT Master Edition smartphone with version number RMX3551_11_ A.12.

If we see the phone performance-wise, the Realme GT 2 Master Edition uses the latest and greatest from Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. And it comes with Realme UI 3.0-based on Android 12 out of the box.

Regular update is necessary because it helps your device run smoothly, optimize the apps, improve the vulnerability and protect your phone from the threads.

In this July update company has done lots of optimization for the system and fixed the bugs in Camera and Gestures.

According to the changelog, below are the changes the update brings;

  • System:
    • Optimize system performance and improve system stability
    • Optimize some Game lag problems
    • Optimize power consumption performance in some scenarios
  • Camera:
    • Optimize the camera photo effect
  • Gesture:
    • Fix the low probability failure problem of raising the hand to brighten the screen

If you are a Realme GT 2 Master Edition and haven’t received a notification for this update yet, you can check for it manually by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install.
