Good News! Samsung Rolling Out Android 13 Based One UI 5.0 Beta

\As you know, Samsung is very popular among tech users and is always in the news for releasing regular, timely updates for its smartphones. Recently, it rolled out the One UI 5 Beta based on Android 13 for Korean users’ flagship lineup, Galaxy S22.

For information, One UI 5  will bring enhanced UI with so many new features, bug fixes, and more. It is expected that mostly Android 13 features will be seen in this major update that will improve the privacy and vulnerability of the user’s phone. Android 13 is also in the final beta stage in pixel smartphones. Currently, there are a few limitations to this update, which we have discussed below:

  • Korean users are allowed to participate in the One UI 5 Beta testing program.
  • KT, LGU+, SKT, and other South Korean Carrier companies will be able to activate this program.
  • The activation process will be done with the help of the Samsung Members app.
  • The One UI 5 Beta program is only available for Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus & Galaxy S22 Ultra.
  • To participate in this program, first, users must fill out the form and enrol, then only they can use it.

How to register for the Android 13-Based One UI 5 Beta: 

  • Notification icon present on the homepage.
  • After that, you will see the beta banner.
  • The form will be open; fill out the form correctly and enrol it.

Steps to download the update:

  • Go to the system Settings, 
  • After that, scroll down and tap Software updates
  • Then tap on Download and install button. 

According to the screenshot users shared in the community, the update changelog has some app names that will not work because of compatibility.
