OnePlus 10T 5G is getting its second software update with camera & system optimizations [A.06]

Following the official launch of the OnePlus 10T 5G in the global market, it received its first software update a few days back, and now the second firmware is all set to be rolled out by the Chinese tech giant.

Announced as always on the manufacturer’s official forum, this one rollout for the OnePlus 10T 5G is the classic second corrective update, which does not introduce any new features and merely relays the youthful flaws of the new product.

In particular, the one in distribution from the Indian, European, and Global market is version OxygenOS 12.1 A.06 of OxygenOS (CPH2413_11_A.06/ CPH2415_11_A.06). Here are improvements and optimizations that find their place in the official changelog:

  • System
    • Improves system stability and fluidity.
    • Optimizes the stability of applications in the background.
    • Optimizes the screen display.
    • Optimizes the OTG compatibility
    • Optimizes the fingerprint recognition algorithm and improves the fingerprint unlocking experience.
  • Camera
    • Optimizes the shooting effect of portrait mode.
    • Optimizes the shooting effect of the ultra-wide lens.
    • Optimizes the effect of AI Retouch when using the front camera.
  • Others
    • Fixes the occasional issue when Supervooc charging is not correctly detected.

The manufacturer immediately clarifies that this is an incremental roll out, so the OTA will initially reach a limited number of users, and then extend in the coming days (this practice serves to prevent the presence and consequent spread of important bugs).

Although the new update is not yet officially distributed for our market, OnePlus 10T 5G buyers can easily check availability via the usual “Settings System Software Update” path.
