Realme 9 4G was unveiled in India on April 2022, with Realme UI 3.0 Based on Android 12, and it is also eligible for receiving the major Realme UI 4.0 and Android 13 update. However, the company is providing the latest OTA update for the device.
Realme has started rolling out a new software update for Realme 9 4G smartphone India, it brings the August 2022 Android security patch, the software version of the update is RMX3521_11_A.26. In this update the company fixed the clock display format issue in individual scenes and optimized the image clarity of the rear main camera 108MP.

As mentioned earlier, Realme will roll out the update in a phased manner. A handful of smartphones will get the update first and the rest of the smartphones will receive the update in the next few days.
Realme hasn’t mentioned the size of these updates, however, it is recommended to update your smartphones using a strong Wi-Fi connection and while the device is charging. To manually check for the update, head to Settings > System > System updates.
