OnePlus has just released a new software update for its current top of the range, OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. The update corresponds to the OxygenOS 12.1 stable and is identified by build C.64 for both devices.
The changelog, which you find in full at the bottom of this article, mentions the update of Android security patches in August 2022 and adds movie and dual-view video and long Exposure modes. In addition, the update also adds three filters, including Radiance, Serenity, and Emerald.

To check for updates, simply go to Settings > System > Software Updates. As anticipated, it may take a few days before we see the possibility of installing the update on the European OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro.
