Google Pixel 7 Pro With Tensor G2 Processor Spotted On Geekbench Website

Beginning of the month, Google confirmed the launch date of the next flagship Pixel 7 series smartphones, which will launch in Google’s next hardware event that will be held on 6 October at 10 AM ET in New York. Ahead of the official release, the Pixel 7 Pro has appeared on the Geekbench website. This device will feature a new processor called Tensor G2.

According to Gizmochina via Mukul Sharma, the Pixel 7 Pro has been spotted on the Geekbench database with an Android 13-based Tensor G2 processor. The certification reveals the flagship device’s motherboard is spotted under the code name “cheetah,” which is equipped with Google’s Tensor G2 flagship processor. The processor has an octa-core based on a 1.80 GHz frequency. This processor has four cores running at 1.80GHz and two of the cores has a maximum clock of 2.35 GHz, and the remaining two cores boot up to 2.85 GHz.This processor is paired with the Mail-G710, which increases the 20% performance and power efficiency.

Moreover, the listing also reveals the device will run on the latest Android 13 operating system out of the box. The flagship phone will come with 11.09GB of RAM, which translates to 12GB RAM on a page. Besides, the listing doesn’t reveal any other details regarding the upcoming Google flagship smartphone.

For photography, the phone may sport a triple camera setup, including a 50MP (Samsung GN1) primary camera, a 13MP Sony IMX38 camera, and a 48MP Samsung GM1 telephoto camera. The phone is expected to come with a 10.87 MP Samsung 3J1 front camera for beautiful selfies.
