OxygenOS 13.1 Enhanced Intelligent Services

OnePlus is rolling out the OxygenOS 13.1 update based on Android 13 for the OnePlus 11, 10 series, and several other models. OxygenOS 13.1 brings not only seamless interconnection, on-screen personalization, health-focused features, a better gaming experience, and several system improvements but also adds new Enhanced Intelligent Services that optimize charting.

Based on OxygenOS 13/ 13.1, “Enhanced intelligent services” is a new feature that improves your user experience primarily by optimizing charging and providing personalization features, including wallpapers based on device functions and how you use your device. The “Enhanced Intelligent Services” provides the charging optimization feature by collecting your location information and app usage statistics and obtaining location permission. 

To provide wallpaper and other personalization features, this new feature needs to collect statistics about your unread messages and missed calls, calendar events, and obtain the following permissions as access your location information, connect to the Internet, and read your calendar events, SMS messages, and call logs.

As per the information, this new feature comes default enabled; if you want to disable then in this article, we are sharing a guide to turning this feature on or off on OxygenOS 13.1 devices.

How To Enable/Disable OxygenOS 13.1 Enhanced Intelligent Services:

To toggle “Enahnced Intelligent Services” on or off on your OxygenOS 13.1 devices, you need to go to “Settings >> Additional Settings >> System Services >> “Enhanced Intelligent Services.” Once this feature” is turned off, apps and functions that require this service will be unavailable.
