Heart Rate:

Heart rate measures the number of times your heart beats per minute; normally, the heart rate for adults is 50 to 100 bpm. Usually, your heart rate is lower when you’re asleep and changes according to working intensity. It changes with age, gender, and other physiological factors.

How Measurement Work:

This feature works on the rhythm of your heartbeat as well as the periodic changes in your blood circulation. When you open the heart rate measurement feature and put your fingerprint on the scanner. Your heart rate is calculated based on these periodic changes. Also, this feature shows your heart rate after 10 seconds.
