Realme has started rolling out a new major Realme UI 4.0 based on the Android 13 Early Access program for Realme 9 Pro smartphone users in India. This update comes with several new features, optimizations, and lots of new highlights. 

As per the information, this beta update is currently released for India and it doesn’t usually arrive in other regions. Plus, for the stable version, we will have to wait a few months. The Android 13 Early Access program for Realme 9 Pro 5G comes with Realme UI version number RMX3471_11_C.04.

    • Adds large folders to the Home screen. You can now open an app in an enlarged folder with just one tap and turn pages in the folder with a swipe.
    • Adds media playback control, and optimises the Quick Settings experience.

    • Adds support for adding widgets to the Home screen, making information display more personalised.
    • Optimises Shelf. Swiping down on the Home screen will bring up Shelf by default. You can search content online and on your device.

How To Update Realme 9 Pro to Android 13:

If you have successfully registered for Early Access Beta of Android 13 then go into settings> scroll down and tab on about device> click on Realme UI icon> tab on download & install. For registration click here.

Note: Realme UI 3.0/Android 4.0 beta is an initial software update process for a limited number of users only, so some bugs may occur, and some apps may not work properly. Therefore, we recommend that you do not install the Early Access software update on your primary phone.
