Nothing Phone (1) Gets Nothing OS 1.1.5 Update With Jio 5G Support

In July 2022, Nothing unveiled the Nothing Phone (1) smartphone with an interesting transparent design in India. The phone packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778+ chipset, 120Hz OLED display, 50 MP dual cameras and more. The phone is still running Android 12-based Nothing OS, and we expect the Android 13 beta update for the Nothing phone to launch later this year.

In a recent development, the company has started rolling out a new software update for Nothing Phone (1) smartphone users in India. Going by the changelog, this update brings support for the Reliance Jio 5G as well as fixes some network issues. In addition, this update improves the System’s stability to further enhance the user’s experience. Apart from the Jio 5G support, the update does not bring any other additional features and improvements. If you want to download this latest update on your Nothing Phone (1), go to the device’s Settings. From here, scroll down and tap on the System, and then click on the Software update, wait for the latest update and hit on the Download and install and finally tap on Restart now.
