POCO M5s Spotted On TDRA Certification, Launch Expected Soon

Xiaomi sub-brand POCO is working on the launch of a new upcoming POCO M5 series smartphone. The POCO M5 series includes two different models, POCO M5 and POCO M5s.

Recently, the POCO M5s were spotted on the NBTC certification with the model number 2207117BPG, which hints it will launch soon. And the POCO M5s now has been spotted on the TDRA certification, hinting it may soon launch in the global market. According to the tipster Mukul Sharma, the POCO M5s have been listed on the TDRA ( Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority) UAE website.

However, the listing doesn’t reveal any other specifications of the new upcoming POCO phone. But the latest phone has been spotted on the TDRA website with model number 2207117BPG and the marketing name “POCO M5s”.

POCO M5s specification:

According to the previous leaks, the POCO M5s are expected to be rebranded as Redmi Note 10S. This phone could be powered by the MediaTek 4G processor, which is expected to be paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage.

The POCO M5s will likely come with NFC support, and the device could be run on Android 12 based on the MIUI 13 operating system out of the box. The phone could pack a 5000mAh battery with support of 33W fast charging and support USB Type-C port. Moreover, the POCO M5 should come with a 50MP triple camera setup and an 8MP front selfie camera.
