A couple of weeks ago, Samsung released the One UI 5.0 Beta program for Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 users. Later, Galaxy Z Fold 4 beta participants also received the One UI 5.0 Beta 2. Recently, the South Korean tech giant has started sending the third Beta of the One UI 5.0 software update.
The One UI 5.0 beta 3 update comes with lots of bug fixes alongside the camera crashing and screen errors. The update is currently rolling out in India and South Korea and is expected to be expanded to other eligible countries in the coming days.
At the same time, users of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 can determine the One UI 5.0 Beta 3 update via the firmware version ending EVK1, and users will have to download this latest beta update around 518.28 MB of package size.
Going by the changelog, the latest beta update fixes the problem that forces close when setting the shortcuts on both sides while editing the lock screen. It also enhances Battery usability by reducing the faster consumption.
Other problems that arrived with the One UI 5.0 program, the Korean language not entering when connecting the Bluetooth keyboard, the Status bar disappearing, and Samsung Pay does not run as a gesture in a folding state, have also been fixed with this update.
Moreover, this update fixes the camera crashing problem, cover screen ratio, function error, and other minor bugs. If you’re already participating in the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Flip 4 One UI 5.0 beta program in the above-mentioned countries, go to your device’s Settings. From here, scroll down and tap on the Software Update option; Then you will see Download and Install and click on it. Wait for a while for the update to appear on the screen, and finally, tap on the Download button to start the downloading process.
