From the last week of October, Samsung started to roll out the stable Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update with the Galaxy S22 series. Later, the company expanded this update to Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Note 20 series and Galaxy A53, and A33 smartphone users in distinct countries. Now, the company has started rolling out the One UI 5.0 update for its latest premium mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A73 5G.
As per the information, the Galaxy A73 5G in Malaysia is getting One UI 5.0 update and comes with One UI build number A736BXXU2BVK2. Currently, the latest firmware is reaching the Asian markets and will soon touch other regions.
This stable Android 13 update brings a bunch of new features and enhancements alongside the October 2022 Android security patch that improves the device’s security and stability to deliver a seamless performance.
According to the information, the Android 13 is the first major Android OS update for Galaxy A73 5G that comes with Android 12-based One UI 4.0 operating system out of the box. Plus, the device owners will be eligible for four more major Android OS upgrades in the upcoming year.
However, the update is reaching the respective devices through the OTA medium. But you can similarly check on the Updates section of your device to manually install the latest firmware. Simply go to the Settings app, and select the Software Updates option. Now tap on the Download and install and follow the on-screen prompts carefully.
