OPPO Launches Its Android 13-Based ColorOS 13 Update On K10 5G, A77 5G

OPPO has officially started to roll out its ColorOS 13 stable update to K10 5G and A77 5G owners in distinct countries. In contrast, several flagship Galaxy smartphones have already installed the Android 13 update in various regions. The update has come just weeks after the Android 13 beta update was released.

As compared to ColorOS 12, the ColorOS 13 looks like a relatively major update that adds some customization options, tweaks to notifications, as well as new accessibility and security settings.

The ColorOS 13 update is only available on OPPO K10 5G and A77 5G smartphone users in India and USA, respectively. While the Chinese tech giant plans on rolling it out to more devices and regions in the near future. Note, if you want to receive this software update, make sure your devices support the following required version:

  • OPPO K10 5G: A.05/A.07
  • OPPO A77 5G: A.09

OPPO community reports that K10 5G and A77 5G users are getting the brand new Android 13-based ColorOS update with ColorOS build versions ending C.11. Also, the application for the Android 13 official update for the respective devices is open on November 16, 2022, and can be accepted in batches.

How To Apply:

To apply the ColorOS 13 Official update, then go to Settings > Click on the About device > Tap the top of the page > Tap on the icon on the top right. From here, tap on the Beta program and click on the official and fill in all the mandatory information and click on Apply Now.
