As per the information, the OxygenOS 13 update for the OnePlus 10R, 9R, and the OnePlus 8 series come with firmware versions ending C.14, F.16, and F.13, respectively. The over-the-air update also brings the October 2022 Android security patch for better system protection.

How To Install OxygenOS 13 On OnePlus 10R/9R/8 Series:
After downloading, Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage. Go back to Settings> About device> Official version> Click the top right button> Local install> Click on the corresponding installation package> Extract> Upgrade> System upgrades completed to 100%. After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
