Last month, Mr. Madhav Sheth, Vice President, Realme, announced the Android 13 UI update for the Realme 9i 5G along with its companion Realme GT Neo 3T in India. Today, after a month of rolling out the Early Access update, Realme has officially announced the Realme UI-based Android 13 Open Beta update for the Realme 9i 5G in the country.
While its companion, the Realme GT Neo 3T users are still waiting for the Open Beta. But we can expect the Open Beta update for Neo 3T will be released soon in the country.
For Realme 9i users, before this registration process, you have to update your Realme 9i 5G to the required UI version – RMX3612_11_C.03. Also, the application for Android 13 Open Beta for Realme 9i 5G is in the open form today (November 22, 2022) and can be accepted in batches.
Talking about Open Beta, let us tell you that with the Realme Open Beta program, the company invites the users of Realme 9i 5G to enjoy the new Realme UI based on Android 13 and asks for feedback and suggestions to improve Realme UI.
However, Realme’s Android 13 open beta is slightly inferior to the official version in terms of stability. So, there may be some bugs, and some third-party app versions aren’t compatible with Android 13 yet. Hence, we recommend that you do not install the Open Beta version on your daily-use Phone.
How To Apply:
If you want to install this Realme UI 3.0-based update on your Realme 9i 5G smartphone, then go to the Settings of your device. Now, scroll down and click on About Phone, then click on the Official version.
- From here, tap on the three-dot button,
- Then click on the trial version
- Click on the Open Beta option.
- Here tap on Apply Now and enter the mandatory details,
- After that, tap on the submit button.
- Now, tap on Done.
