OxygenOS 13.1 Zen Mode Now Called As Zen Space And Added Two New Modes

OxygenOS 13.1 contains several useful and interesting features, and one of them is Zen Mode. Finally, users will soon get two new options to customize their phones’ Zen Mode / Zen Space theme.

To recall, OnePlus introduced Zen Mode with the OnePlus 7 series of smartphones running the OxygenOS 9.5 operating system. After that, the company kept on improving and innovating the color feature. Accordingly, with OxygenOS 13.1, the Chinese tech giant yet again brings a redesigned Zen Mode to OnePlus smartphones.

Recently a OnePlus user shared a new post on the community forum. This post shows the notable changes with OxygenOS 13.1 for the OnePlus Zen Mode. As per the details, the details from the APK file with version 13.1.9 and Zen Mode have got a new app icon with a changed name, and the app or feature will be known as Zen Space.

For Your information, all other apps in the device (except Camera and Phone for emergency calls) become unavailable when using Zen Mode. However, you can now choose which apps should remain accessible. Along with this, users will also get to see better changes in terms of functions.

OxygenOS 13.1 Zen Space:

OxygenOS 13.1 Zen Space comes with two new modes called Deep Zen and Light Zen. Deep Zen will behave in the same way as the old Zen Mode. Whereas Light Zen enables you to step out of space at any point in time.

Furthermore, the Lite Zen Mode comes with two presets: Work and Study Mode. In it, Work-Life Balance automatically populates the list of apps, which includes the first 12 used apps, and you can edit them manually or create your own Light Zen space and apps accordingly.  

Talking about the new themes. Deep Zen offers three different themes instead of the old themes. The new ones are called Immersion, Frontier, and Collision. Light Zen space offers five more themes – Universe, Order, Infinity, Synthesis, and Time Travel. For more information, click here.
